This guy by the name of Todd Peterson said he is with the Federal Student Aid Center. He emailed me to tell me he can help me forgive my loan that I took out for my son for school. The loan people is called Navient. He told me Navient were bad people and that he can help me forgive my loan if I pay 174 dollars a month for 3 months then my loan would be forgiven. I gave this man all of my info, from my name to my social security number and bank info. When I tried to call him a week ago to cancel, he didn't return my emails or calls. I called my bank and told them what was going on. Todd Peterson called me at work and I told him I will call him back when I get home. I called him, then told him I couldn't afford that payment. I told him I contacted Navient, then he hung up on me. I called him back and asked him why he hung up on me, then he said because I was ignorant. He then text me to harass me. He continued to harass me by continuously calling me. My daughter answered the phone, then he started calling her racist names. I want this individual in jail.

They said my student loan could be forgiven. This happened April 15, 2017 at 5pm . I gave them my personal info. They asked fo social, DOB, address, email, and card information. He said he would call back Monday to sign electronically.
