The caller had a foreign accent. He instructed me to go into Walgreen's or Walmart and buy several $50 gift cards to 'verify my identity' so I could receive a government grant. I scratched the back off and give them the numbers to 'verify' and receive my grant money. I was assured that I was being paid a grant but shortly after providing the codes from the back I realized that I had been scammed :(

Scammer name used - "Patrick"
