Federal Grant Bureau Reports & Reviews (2)

They called out the blue and had foreign accents annd said his name was Tyrone which was weird. He said because of my demographics I was selected by the federal government to receive $14,522 non-repayable. he said it could be deposited in my bank account or I can go get a reloadable card to put it. He told me I will have to go to Rite Aid or Walgreens and pay $350 to register for Apple whom he said sponsored the grant. During the phone call I Googled the scam and read the exact experiences others have had. I ended up calling them and cursing them out and told them Americans aren't stupid and I wish you was in front of me.

I received a call on my cell phone last week. The caller stated they were offering an $8000 Federal Grant. i think her name was Sharon Brown. I don't recall the name of the agency. She sounded foreign. The Government was choosing 1500 people. My name popped up in the system. She wanted me to pay $200. Wanted me to go to Western Union and purchase a $200 card and call them. I did not send any money. She has called several times. I asked my mother about it. My mother said it didn't sound right and to call the ScamPulse.com. My caller ID showed the phone number 202-455-4448. I called the phone number back. They answered hello this is the Federal Grant Bureau.
