They call and ask for a bank account and say there is a processing fee of 250.00 . And keep calling and bothering.

The individual called me and claimed I had won a $9000 federal grant for not having any criminal history, for having never filed bankruptcy, and no existing credit. Advised me to take down an activation code (which I have written down). Wanted me to call the number back to speak with "Mike Washington".
