I have had a woman and a man call, both with a thick Indian accent. They state the federal government has selected me for a federal grant. They go on to say that I would never have to pay it back. Then if your interested they give you a code number to call to another person. That person tell you to put money on a I tunes card that you can only buy at Walgreens, rite it, CVS or dollar general. You have to pay 250.00 to get it to be able to load the 7,000.00 dollars I was promised. Of course I knew it was a scam all along. The government is not going to contact you in this manner, nor to give you a grant out of the blue. Please don't fall for them, they are very persistent. They will cal you several times until you yell atbthem and tell them that you know what they are up to. They have also been calling me about getting money because I had a bladder mesh and another one because I took a blood thinner. Which I never did either one, but another scam! If it sounds to good to be true than it is!
