Hi, I don't know for certain if this is a scam, but it has all the characteristics of one. I got message, allegedly from a friend on facebook telling me they just received $100,000 grant and I can get it for anything, and don't have to pay a dime back on it. I didn't pursue this at all, to see if they wanted information or money or whatever from me. It just smelled fraudulent. I didn't go along with it, beyond reporting it as a probable scam.
