The first caller made it very clear that he would not need my ssn bank info he went through and asked me to verify name. Address phone number email address. Said that a supervisor would be calling me in 5 min and told me how to answer his questions to maximize the amount of the grant 1? I was to answer childcare 2? Was to answer healthcare and criminal justice 3? Was to answer yes 4? Was about preferences to online courses or campus was told to say eith or both 5? Was how soon i would be looking to start classes was told to say 1-2 months. The 2nd phone call was from the supervisor and he asked if i had been called emailed texted about grant money for education and the 1st caller told me to say no
