I received an email saying I was having criminal charges against me due to not paying a $300 payday loan back in 2012. It is 2021. The person began to yell saying I stole from the company and need to pay back what I owe. Asked him what courthouse is the criminal charges are being filed at so I can tell my attorney. He stated it’s too late just look to getting my life ruined. Proceed to call me a scoundrel. I began to laugh because at this point this person is now trying to bully me into paying an exorbitant amount for a 9 year old debt I paid off many many moons ago. He then screamed and called me a “mother[censored]”. I thanked him because the call was being recorded. His response: “I don’t care you mother[censored] you still owe this money and are about to go to jail for it.” Said thanks I’ll let ScamPulse.com know about this bullying and hung up.
