email states that I have legally won an international lottery. Claims to be from the Federal Bureau of Investigations and that through a thorough investigation with the help from their Intelligence Monitoring Network System I have legally won a lottery of $1,500,000.00 US Dollars from the MEGA MILLIONS Lottery draw held on Friday 11th. A couple of paragraphs down it gives the amount needed to complete the transfer procedures, $398 and due to the Tax-Free No Deduction policy and the fact that the winnings have already been deposited into the bank the $398 could not be deducted from the total winnings.

It also gives a website and a link I can go to to check out my winning numbers
