A guy called me up saying he was from the Federal bank. He said I was applying for a $9000 plus the $1500 I gave them. This was a scam.

I got a call this week and today from Sr. Account Manager Tim Lawson with the Federal Bank saying because I was retired and paid my bills on time that I was getting a $10.000 government grant. I started to ask some questions and finally hung up because I could tell it was a scam.

They called and claimed I had one a grant money today was the day that I should receive it first I had to pay $250 to register after I pay the $250 to register then she said I had to pay my taxes on the money $699 I had to get iTunes cards for the money now they telling me I had to pay $1,200 for insurance in order for the money to be received

RECEIVE A PHONE STATING I HAD WON A GOVERNMENT GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,400 BUT HAD TO PAY A REGISTRATION FEE OF $200 TO RECEIVE MY GRANT WHICH I DID ONLY TO HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER $700,WHICH I DIDN'T ON CATCH ON TO IT THERE AFTER,BUT I HAD ALREADY SENT MY $200.

Called & said I won $9,000 but had to pay taxes & fees. I ended up sending money twice but received nothing.
