They sent me an email claiming to be the Mcafee software and said they charged me 399.99 for service and called the number they left me. They then said to cancel and get my refund they had to share my computer screen to send me the cancel form. I filled out the cancel form and they said they sent a link to my bank that I needed to access to cancel completely. When I said I got on my banking on my phone they tried to tell me it would only be on my computer I shared a screen with. And I refused to get on my banking with them after we just shared a screen. And then told them I was reporting them but since we shared a screen I wasn’t sure if he was able to access anything of mine

It wouldn’t let me unselect PA for the scammer info, I don’t know where they’re from
