This organization obtained my information by acting as if they work for a Federal Loan Forgiveness Program. They changed my password in the US DEPT OF ED website and that was how they were able to see my loan amounts, etc. They stated I am not currently enrolled in a payment plan (incorrect) that my old plan does not forgive my balance after 20 years (incorrect) he also said that I had to apply now because the obama plan will stop soon (incorrect, stops in oct), stated I had to pay 499 up front for their services (no other place charges a fee AND they ask for 499, not 500 because over 500 is reported to IRS) etc etc. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM!
