I received a call when the fed reserve bank of NY telling me that I would get 9000 Grant and all I had to do was go to Walmart and get a 200 card and call back to 716-222-0137 and register with the reserve bank and pay the 200 fee and get my 9000.. I needed to give them a Grant number which was RD 175 .

Also was given a number to the bank of 315-636-0437 which no one answered
