I received a text message from someone named Jeramy, phone number 918-203-0973, offering to pay cash for my condominium. When I asked where he got my phone number and address, he said they search property records and find properties . He was very evasive in giving his name and the company that he worked for, so I was suspicious. After he contacted me again, I voiced my concerns and was contacted by someone named Sandie who said they worked for FCO. I said I would check out any buyer thoroughly and do not contact me again. I hope no one gets taken advantage of.
