I ordered a set of dishes and paid $29.98. They never came. In the meantime I received a pair of cheap sunglasses that I did not order. When you track the package, it says it has been delivered. I imagine they sent the sunglasses instead of the dishes. I am now dealing with PayPal for the refund. Reading the complaints, I see that several people have been sent sunglasses instead of what they ordered.

I ordered copper pots and pans paid 26.76 with shipping never received this product. Tracking number for product that was delivered was for a package that weighed 3 ounces not certainly pots and pans like it was supposed to be .

I ordered a cart organizer and received a dollar store pair of sunglasses instead. Paypal seems to be in bed with these chinese scam artists and I have to pay 50 bucks to ship a dollar pair of glasses back to these [censored]s in order to receive my 27 dollar refund. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE PAY ANY MONEY TOWARD THESE COWARDS! I would advise you to stop doing business through paypal as well since they will not protect you, they only protect the scammers.

I ordered a double trash bin for 26.86 august 3, emailed them they claim I received the item in my mail box. I reviewed the tracking number they provided it said it was a small item I have not yet seen. A double trash bin will not fit my mail box. Still working with PayPal.

I like many others have ordered a Hammock $29 from this company ..waite dmonths complained and was told item was delivered..all i received was a pair of sunglasses, which seems to be their trick. After complaining to paypal i was refused my refund because item was delivered (sunglasses) not happy paypal should investigate more.

I don't recommend this company to anybody. I paid $26.86 for a triple basket deep fryer back in 8/20. About a month and a half I instead received a pair of sunglasses that don't even equal the amount I paid. The glasses was 9.99. I've contacted paypal they closed my case because tracking number shows item was delivered. Next I contacted [email protected] thru email and I was told to send glasses back if they are broken I won't get my money back. Now my issue with this will I get all my money back including what I need to spend to send glasses back. I asked fccmarkets that questions but I haven't received a response yet. [email protected] has been contacted as well no response

I had the same issue.. I ordered a hammock for $ 29.98 and received a pair of sunglasses. I contacted paypal and they declined the claim since the vendor proved that it was delivered. Yeah Sunglasses not Hammock!. It says on the description in the postage that it was a small packet. The hammock with the hardware should be bigger than a small packet. I contacted paypal but they keep also hanging up on me. I contacted the vendor and wants me to send the glasses back and will have to pay $ 20.00 for shipping it to China.
