Received a bogus order from this place, and they didn't even send it to the right address (sent it to my billing address, for some reason).
All that was in the package was three bundles of rolled-up steel wool...that's it. Definitely NOT what I ordered. No packing slip or anything else included, so no way to cross-reference or figure out what it was supposed to have contained. What a scam.

This freight company is a total scam & is doing business with a company from Bangkok, Tailand. I have already notified PayPal, U S Gov'nt Officials, Fraud Units & my credit card company. I ordered David Yurman jewelry & it was all FAKE, ring didn't fit! There was no invoice in the package so when I read [email protected] it was the same situation. Tailand company also sold my name to PayPay, then I got an emailed invoice for $799.00 for a purchase that I never made. I filed a dispute with my credit card company & will call them again to follow up.

I got ripped off by this company when they sent me a fake Patagonia vest. The merchandise tag is upside down and doesn’t list any of the information that Patagonia normally does and the tag inside the vest is off center and crooked. None of this is true work of Patagonia clothing. I know because I own this vest in a different color from Patagonia and this isn’t even close in weight, cut/fit, tag application and price tag. I asked for a return label and I was told to keep it or give it as a gift. There is no way I want to do either with such a poor product. Then, they said that the return shipping would be to China and pretty pricey which I can image was only to deter me. Has anyone had success with getting their money back?

Yes me too! I ordered jacket from FB Patagonia and it's not real Patagonia and wanted to return it back. Did you mail it back to FBM 13181 Crossroads Pkwy in CA? I informed to Paypal about that. I paid 99 dollars and they offered me 40 dollars. Paypal is working on that for me.

Today I received a shipment from “FBM,” 13181 Crossroads Pkwy, City of Industry, CA. It was a very obviously fake Patagonia jacket and a very cheap pair of ski gloves. The thing is i didn’t even order these items! But they were in my name, sent to my address. No idea how this happened but I’m trying to track this down.

On Friday, January 15, 2021, I was served an ad on Facebook that promoted a sale on David Yurman jewelry. I clicked the ad and it took me to http://daviddmall.shop/. I placed 2 orders on that site (the order confirmations are attached). I was supposed to receive these 4 items (pictures are included and titled at "ORDERED..."):

• Modern Renaissance Drop Earrings
• Stax Statement Ring in 18K White Gold with Tanzanite and Diamonds
• Bold Modern Renaissance Cuff Bracelet
• Novella Three Stone Bracelet in 18K White Gold with Tanzanite and Pav

The items I received (2 bracelets, a ring and a pair of hoop earrings) are NOTHING like what I ordered. I have attached pictures of the items I received. They are titled as "RECEIVED...". I emailed them on their site (which went to [email protected]) and told them that I was extremely unhappy with the fulfillment of these orders and instructed them to refund my money immediately. They emailed me back saying
"Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

We are so sorry to send you a different item. We can do exchange, but the shipping for exchange is very expensive and it will take a long time. It is not beneficial to return.

From the picture, the item is still good and nice, if you don't like them, you can give them to someone as a gift or try to sell them, then you won't lose any money.

And for this issue, we will give you a 10% discount when you order next time, please consider it.

Hi. Same thing happened to me only it was knock off Tiffany items. I spent $192 and received nothing remotely close to what I ordered. They offered me a 25% refund but then didn’t even give me that. My conf email and packaging looks exactly the same as yours and the return address was the same. I ended up disputing the charge with AMEX and they credited me for the entire amount.

Ordered 3 rings and 1 bracelet. They sent 2 different rings that I did not order. The one ring that was correct as supposed to have been a size 8, they sent a 9. The bracelet they sent was completely different as well. It is advertised as David Yurman Jewelry. The items you order is not what they will ship. BEWARE!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!
