Received an email from an individual who claims to be an FBI agent advising that that my email address was selected by an Online Balloting Systen, and that I was awarded $4.8 million USD from a lottery company outside the USA. He states that the FBI investigated and found the transaction to be safe and risk free, and authorized payment to me by International Certified Bank Draft. A prcesssing fee of $96.00 is required to receive the award, and is to be sent to this "agent" only, instructions to be provided. Request is made to email him with my name, address, telephone number, and occupation. There is link "Fill Out Form" which I did not open.
