Consumer found a phone number for FB tech help via a web search. Her account has been hacked and she is unable to access it. Previously she had also gotten a message that she had won $600k via a drawing and that the person needed her account information and social security number to process the claim. The person who answered the "helpline" told her she would need to pay $59.99 for the service. When she called back she was quote $79.99 for FB security. Upon a third call she was told Facebook security would cost $99.99.
