I placed an order for wedding decorations on favorwarehouse.com. I received an initial confirmation e-mail from them with the details of my purchase. A couple of weeks went by and I still hadn't received an e-mail stating that my order had shipped, the status on the website still said pending. Then a few days later I received an e-mail from another company called "Nice Price Favors" stating that the item I had purchased was no longer available through favorwarehouse.com and I would need to re-order the product through their site. I thought it was odd that a different company would be e-mailing me to tell me about this, rather than the company I placed the order with. I went to nicepricefavors.com and noted that the website looked almost identical to the favorwarehouse.com site despite a few changes in the color and layout. I e-mailed favorwarehouse.com regarding the status of my refund as I had not received it yet and they do not have a contact phone number. I received and immediate reply e-mail, which I'm guessing was set up as an auto reply, that stated they are unable to fulfill my order and I should use this e-mail as proof dispute the charge with my bank. My guess is that they bank on people re-ordering the item on the second website before they receive their refund and that they rely on the fact that most people won't go through the hassle of disputing the charge with their bank.
