scam, scam, scam. several items ordered came 3+ months late and only after I filed a paypal complaint; product NOT what was pictured/advertised in obvious ways (material, design, color). returns impossible -- different named persons reply by email begging me to give them to charity, take pictures, warn that they must be returned to china at my expense, and could get lost in the mail... I've seen same clothes/pictures on other websites (cozyloves) -- I bet the same scammers. beware!

Never received merchandise or refund very unhappy with customer service feel like I'm never going to get any results, how does someone deal with a company like this or is it just a total scam, just a scandal I've been taken advantage of.

I ordered 3 shirts on May 11th. They charged my card right then. A little .over a month later I received 1 shirt. It was supposed to be a small. It was like a tent on me. I emailed them and told them not to bother sending the other 2. Was told they couldn't as they had "already shipped". They finally showed up June 20th. I returned them the next day. Am still waiting for my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Clothing didn’t fit and is cheaply made It is impossible to return and get a refund. Customer service insists you measure the clothing to see if their size chart is correct. Doesn't matter if the clothes do not fit. Horrible customer service.

Ordered 4 pairs of pants cost 99.00 have sent them emails !
They want pictures for why they didn't fit!
Won't take them back even though their policy says you can return!
Emailed now they don't even answer!

HORRIBLE experience! Clothing is stinchy...substandard workmanship...sewing and quality of cloth used in making the garmets. Tried to return a blouse that should have been XL and it was not true to size XL. Found out to return it, I have to mail to China...do you know how much it is to mail to China? EXPENSIVE! EXTREMELY slow delivery of my order...I ordered in April and still waiting delivery of 2 items. I tried to cancel my order after receiving the first item and they did not respond. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM FAVCOMFY!

Ordered merchandise, 4/25- email to say it has been sent but not received under tracking number. No one will reply to emails, I have sent them twice. I am reading many more reviews that say this business is a scam, they take your money and no merchandise is sent. There is no phone number to call. going to dispute with my credit card company
