The scammer called home phone. When I answered he stated my name in the form of a question and I answered YEP. I'm assuming this is the scam similar to the one where the scam asked can you hear me.

Answered phone call with caller ID of FAV and number 262-200-0375. When they asked if it was (my name), i answered yes and they hung up. Afraid if it was the new phone scam out there.

When I answered the phone the person said my first name and I said yes, he said he was collecting for some veterans group and I hung up before getting any other information. I guess I am only questioning it because my first response was, Yes.

On February 2nd @8:15pm - I received a call with the caller ID of FAV. Immediately they said my name and automatically responding - I said “YES”. Then they just hung up. Apparently there is a scam out called YES scam. They get you recording yes and apparently they can use that to make approvals to charges on your utility bills and other types of credit charges. I don’t know if they have tried to use it yet. Too early to tell. Not sure what to do to stop them?

815-975-3321 has a Caller ID that is FAV . I used reverse phone lookup in White Pages and it said it was a Scam and Identity Theft. I did not answer any phone calls from FAV which there has been quite a few.
