They used a craigslist ad about a puppy for sale, and they live in Minnesota. They want you to wire money to them for the pet, They use this service to tell you that your pet need insurance and upon delivery of the pet the money will be returned to you. They sent information about the flight and promise a delivery to your residence. After the money is sent to them they will send you fake flight information about the pet. on day of delivery, I was sent an email from "control department" saying that you need a Importation license and require you to send more money to them to obtain a temporary license.
