Original purchase was made via Chartheck.com online retailer. Once order was placed the credit card payment was routed through Fasttec.site another online retailer. It then said the product was shipped from Sweden and the item purchased was never received after 2 months. A shipping tracking was issued by a company called Shipping Hub, but shipping updates stopped and have not been updated in over a month. The buyer sent multiple emails asking for an update on the status of the order and a basic response saying the order was still in transit was returned. Subsequent email was sent asking to cancel the order but no response was received.
