I ordered a product they promoted on their YouTube Channel which is the “thermal past” that is on my confirmation email I sent in. I ordered it 7/20/22 and everytime I reach out I get the same response which is that they will send it and that’s all the name from the person emailing changes each time as well so it’s never the same rep. They called me as well months ago assuring me if receive it in two days and the man on the line ASSURED me “It will be sent out first thing tomorrow morning.” That was around end of august of 2022 and now we are half way through October 2022 and I’ve yet to receive anything. I call and call and leave my info almost once a week and email as well and NO ONE FROM THIS COMPANY CALLED “FASTTECH” isn’t helping me at all that’s pretty much all I got for you the confirmation email I sent has price paid which was 14.99 other than that please help me just get my product to fix my PlayStation it’s been out since July 20th 2022 the day I placed this order.
