i paid in full-- $195.00
2 weeks later and it had not been shipped...took me forever to get someone to talk to me and they lied about shipping in in 2 days.
5 days later it had not shipped.
after countless attempts to contact them, i got someone and advised that i wanted a full refund, they said that it would be refunded within the hour......hours later -- nothing.
now they have gone dark on me...no contact or anything.
definitely a scamming company selling items they dont even have.
i am also trying to warn people on facebook to.
total scammers.

Type of a scam Tech Support
"Mary" from Computer Tech Support says server reports my computer has viruses. (She pronounced "V" as "W".)
She turned me over to "Mike" who says FastTech is paid by Microsoft to provide general Windows support.
I asked for website and phone number, he said '732-898-1724 ask for John' (matches website, which has no address or email.)
He wanted to connect my computer to his server. I said "no".
I ended the call, presumably before he got to the sales pitch.
