They advertised a weight loss service which cost $69.99 annually. When you start the process on their website they do not let you complete only so you have to finish via their app. So I authorized the $69.99 for annual service, When debit came on my credit card, I saw extra 2 separate $3.49, so I reached out to them and they claimed I authorized that which I know know I did not(at this point I never suspected anything because I never read any reviews of them), in my head I just said I was gonna let go of the 2 extra debits, until I noticed they had block another $69.99 on my account since December 27, 2022 till date. I then reacb out to them again, that is how I have been going back and forth with them. Next thing I noticed that they deactivated the service I paid for and still kept all my funds without refunding them, I asked again and some "Alex" who has been communicating with me said they deactivated my service but still had me active till December 28, 2023 and asked me to check. That day I check and I saw that service was showing the date he stated. 6days after I noticed I could no more access the service I paid for, when I tried to click on the manage subscription, I found out that they blocked me from accessing that option, I reachnout again and they told me that it is because my service has been disconnected as I asked(this js still the same Alex communicating), during all these time I was requesting for a release of my fund($69.99) they have on hold after they had taken a $69.99 but they have been saying they have nothing on hold. My bank(bank of America) can view the fund on hold which I can see. My bank said the only people who can release my funds is this fraudulent company(fasteasy). Fasteasy claims they don't have any funds on hold, took a total of $76.97, still attempting $69.99, denied me access to the service I paid for. They asked that I forward them screenshot of the funds I claimed was taken off my account, I sent them the proofs of the one already debited and the one they have on hold. Later they came back and said that they have confirmed that my service was cut off and they apologize but to compensate me, they are wiling to give me a lifetime service with them which I have to follow their process or I would be charged again. I told them I am not interested in their lifetime service. Till this minute, I still have my funds on hold by them which they are yet to release since December 27, 2022, they took my $76.97 and denied me service which I paid for. It was while going back and forth with them that I decided to go check reviews on them just to be sure I am not dealing with fraudsters with all that has transpired, that I realized that I am not the only one that people have been reviewing the very same things they did to me. I decided to find a way to report them and their site because I dont want more people to fall victim to their calculated scam. Please help me, and other people going through this stop this scam from this company.

I have a proof of all my conversations with them, I can make them available if you need them as proof.
