The scammer named Daniel Ryan aka Ryan Bell contacted me about a computer service that was done two years ago for windows SSL certificates that were expired and that they were going to refund my money. He further inquired to gain remote access to my computer using a variety of programs including TeamViewer and Share MyPC. After gaining access he immediately asked me to log into my bank account. He said he needed to validate my account.I was skeptical about giving him access to my account. I told him I did not feel comfortable doing that. He kept insisting and telling me I was not going to be charged. I went along with him and then he told me he will deposit some money to see if I was able to receive it. It started with a small amount and then he started to wire transfer larger amounts which were sent to several “accounts managers” after I told him I was not interested in his services anymore. He kept insisting that he and his company will return all of my money once the transaction was finish. He said he couldn’t stop the process. He even asked me to send a picture of my Drivers license and a photo of me holding a sign with the date and the phrase Coin Mama which is a crypto currency market. I told him did not want to invest in anything. I called him several times to inquire when they will return my money. He has given me excuses such as they mailed my check but it was the wrong address; a member of their organization erased all my information from their server and they couldn’t get in contact with me. He is very adamant about being a Chair member of the organization and, he tries his “level best” to return my money. I have even told him he was a scammer, but he kept denying it. I even cussed him over the phone, and he did not handle that professionally. I questioned him and his company’s business ethics. He even raves about the company being in business for over 50 and that they are rated highly by the BBB. He’s even made promised me that my money was going to be back on 06/11/2018 and I still haven’t received anything. I have reported this scam to the Clermont Police Department (Clermont,FL) my bank, and the FTC. I am filing this complaint to have Daniel Ryan aka Ryan Bell and his company (Fast Windows Cure) to be investigated and close their fake business. The company operates in India and has a US based server/services.
