They Loaded Software Remotely and had me buy software to remove

I received several phone calls from a phone number 847-483-2001, stating that they are a company called *** *** regarding an order I placed for a GPS tracking system for my car. They have my name, where I work, and they try to get personal information out of me regarding this "order" that I placed, and they also stated that I entered my telephone number to place this order for a GPS system.
