I'm out probably 1000 dollars because of them. They contacted me last year saying due to the moratorium of student loan payments that I wouldnt be billed by them any longer and thought I was at least done with them then but now, still in the moratorium even, have been contacted by them again saying they're going to resume billing my account -of course none of which would go toward the loans that I've still got to pay and have been notified before that my payments to my actual loan servicer had been considered delinquent in that time due to Fast Track and affected my credit in the process

Made it seem like I was making student loan repayments to the dept of education. (It was going to them) Filled out my application incorrectly with false information. Created false email addresses in my name to the department of education so all correspondence would be accepted by them.
