Went to Fast Oil And Lube on 9/23 for oil change. Tech seemed very vice. Told me I may have a blown head gasket because of the white foamy substance on the dipstick. I just checked the oil before I took it there. No white foam. Drove the car for 30 miles, heard noise under frt. end. Crawled under and looked under. Noticed the oil filter housing WAS UNTOUCHED. It was still crusty and dry with no sign of oil dripping from the bottom or being cleaned. When I showed up there today, I was met outside by the guy (GT) that changed my oil. Told him what they were doing was wrong and probably a crime. He wanted to see my receipt and called "The Boss". Started to walk away, with the receipt. Sorry buddy, bring back the receipt. When he came back, He offered me half off my next oil change. Are you kidding me!!!! How about refunding me for the oil change THAT I DID NOT GET!!!! Why would I go back there. There is no way this behavior does not come from the top. GT or the other techs have no financial stake, but the owners do. I will tell everybody I know, and some I don't to never go here if you want a oil AND FILTER change.
