Yesterday or 4/25/16 I received a call from Fast Heal aka Kin Solutions LLC. I spoke with a person who had a heavy Indian voice. He told me that my desktop was infected - errors, warnings, etc and I was in jeopardy of having personal information hacked and stolen. It all seemed legit to me. I allowed him to hit my credit card for $199. My computer was remotely accessed. However I am now convinced this was a scam. I tried to email and call the above entities but to no avail. The telephone number was no longer in service, but I did send email. I called this morning my credit card holder to let them know. I need you advice and assistance both to recover my loss.
