Service rep is first name only and initial for last name...No phone number...There's no way to communicate except by email. when they process a request incorrectly, they DO NOT want to give refund or correct the mistake... my credit card payment was not processed in my name, but in a strangers name.???LOT of RED FLAGS. Not sure if my ss# and credit card are safe. I have My Credit union do a fraud investigation, to hopefully retrieve my payment for service. I've cancelled my cc and being issued a new one.
