I was looking for a loan through a company that sent applications through email and I replied to Fast Financial because they said that I was approved. I called them and the rep that I spoke with, Ryan W Phillps, asked how much I was looking for and I said $1000. He had my information ie. name, number, last four and bank information. He then wanted me to prove that my account was good and to go get an apple Itunes card that had the $200 on it and that it would refunded once the money was in my account so I did. He explained that the money would be in my account in 30 minutes and when it wasn't I called back. Ryan stated that the lender needed $400 to approve the loan because of my credit score and so I said, you told me that I did not have to put any money down that's when he became indignant.
