I had purchased some percussion caps. The seller used Fast Delvery Lines to ship them to me. I received an email from FDL stating that the caps where on the way but FSL needed $100 Hazmat fee before they could release the caps. After I paid the $100, I received another notice that they needed another $125 for insurance. I also paid that. Both fees where supposed to be refunded after delivery of the caps. Their tracking web site showed no movement after 36 hours even after they confirmed they received both payments. I got another notice that another $150 was need to release the caps from Kansas. The where origy coming from Alabama and going to Oregon. I refused to pay any more money when they seemed to be add fees every day. I contacted PayPal and they told me I could do nothing for me
