I used this company to try to help me get my birth certificate. The paper work was supposed to come 2 to 5 business days. After over a week I went to their email address and asked why it was taking so long. After all I did pay the extra to have it sent sooner only to be sent to a form that says no refunds no cancellation. They already took the money out of my account and have done nothing to fix it so I sent them a message saying I was reporting them for fraud and they sent me a message saying I was acting aggressive
