Type of a scam Online Purchase
My husband purchased a $300 purse that was sold as being a real Louis Vuitton. He bought it for me as a Valentine's Day gift this year (2017). It arrived late and when it did, he wrapped it for me to gift it to me. When we opened it, it had flaws and was obviously not a REAL bag. It smelled horrible - like a harsh plastic-y smell.
We reached out to Fashions Unlimited and a gal named Ebony told us we could not send it back or exchange it because they have a 24 HOUR return policy. This is crazy! First of all, we didn't open it immediately as it was a gift. Second, the website boasts their 100% Guarantee for customer satisfaction. Neither is true.
The bag is NOT authentic. When we try to find contact info, we get fake addresses, names and now no more responses from the store. We feel like this is stealing! Not only have they lied about selling designer bags, we paid $300 dollars for it.
Can you please investigate? I know this is not truthful advertising and their products are fake. It's highly unethical and illegal. I've attached proof of our purchase.
