Received half of an order, no refund

I ordered from them months before they so-called shut down, and I only received a portion of my order. They emailed me to let me know that they were closing and that I world receive a refund for the items that did not come. That was 2 mos ago, and still no refund. I have emailed them numerous times, and no response. Plus, it still looks like you can order items from them even though they are supposed to be shut down. They are still on Faire, and I'm pretty sure peyote are still ordering from them. Scam at its best!

COMPLETE SCAM

I purchased a large order from this store over 1 month ago for my online store First of all they only shipped out $150 worth of merchandise and I ordered $510. I have still yet to receive my merchandise and they sent out some scamming email saying their closing for good! Shipping says my order was delivered to the receptionist desk in Ontario California and I live in the Midwest Scam. I assume they are shipping through California and then to the right destination who knows just a bunch of FRAUD! I have reported to my bank and Legal Team Why are you all sending emails saying check out your cart if you know you are shutting down. Very fishy and contradicting. They do not respond to emails and claimed my money would be returned and still has not! This is ILLEGAL My Legal team is all over this!

I placed a large order. They conveniently only sent me a small portion of the order. THEY are refusing to give me my money back. I went to PAYPAL for resolution and they want me to return the crap that they did send me and then I will get a full refund. HOWEVER, it will cost me a fortune to send the portion of the order they did send me from LA to Singapore! That cost is huge and customs requires information I do not have. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM, con, bait and switch, rip off operation. They NEED TO BE SHUT down.

I'm trying to get my money back, I order 3 months ago. They do not respond and I want though the bank for a refund they will not respond to the bank. I kept getting emails here and there my money being returned for 2 months nothing. I would never order again. Almost $300.00 , I'm seeking legal

This company is very sad and ran poorly, I've been writing from December to please refund my money back ! Fashionline do not respond and you refuse to provide me my money as well as the items I purchased. This company is a joke and scam...its not ran well at all. If a customer ask refund their money it should be done. I will never order from you again! Please refund me my money! I don't not have my complete order, I have few pieces.
You stated you don't have my order in stock no longer why not give me my money back ? after I've asked serval times. I'm goimg to report this company for scamming and fraud. On Facebook many people have the same issue no order no refund. I have seek legal action in China on Fashionline...refund my money!

In the response to fashion line. You're a liar. I work for the post office and flights are not delayed. It takes 30 days from the time you s[censored] to go through your customs and through the United States. I ordered over 2 months ago and like everyone else you don't communicate. You are a scam.

I've ordered from Fashionline on December 27th, 2021 ..according to the website my order had been unfulfilled and I've attempted to contact FashionLine on numerous occasions with NO response. So they basically are taking people's money and disappearing ! I'll be making sure to post on all my social media account and their account to let everyone know how much of a scam they are ! BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered December 4th. Mind you their site states 7-10 working days to process and ship orders. I'm going on 6 weeks with nothing even being shipped yet. I've emailed so many times. I've received bullcrap responses back twice. Twice, still not sending my order, still not giving me answers. This company is a complete scam. I'm still out $400. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased two big orders of clothing for my boutique 12/13/21. I did research before I purchased but I guess not enough. After about 20 days of not receiving a shipping email or notice, I decided to reach out to the emails provided. I got no response. I sent about 7 emails, I contacted the number given through what’s app and still no response. Finally at 2am 01/10/22 I received a response through their instagram social media page because I also reached to them on there about a week ago. The apologized for inconvenience but didn’t seem for sincere or concerned with their responses. They asked for my order numbers which I had sent to them in several emails and in the instagram message. But after that I responded and their responses became less and until there was no response again. I decided to check comments on their Instagram page only to find out that their are other people going through the same issues. They must be stopped.
