Placed an online order on November 29,2021. Items didn't arrive until December 28,2021. Two items were missing from the order. I immediately contacted the merchant. Didn't receive a response until January 17,2022. Was asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes, only to receive an automated response saying I'd receive a store credit. Informed merchant that I only wanted a refund and have yet to receive anything. I reported the issue to Afterpay as well in hopes they would be able to intervene but haven't heard from them either. I've seen recent posts on social media where this person has scammed others.
