This was from last year I hope this company is still not scamming people!

Me: These boots are not what I ordered. I waited for over a month for them to arrive. They look like plastic Halloween shoes that go with a kids costume. They are not leather they have no heel they are the cheapest looking things I have ever seen.

On January 19,2020 I ordered 2 pairs of boots. Today is May 20,2020. I have very little communication from Fashionrest. They let me know they shipped it finally sometime in March. I had asked for a refund without response and the website wasn't available the next time I checked to see the status of my order.

I too have ordered 2 pairs of boots, Most definitely not what I ordered. When they emailed me back they said do to poor lighting and all the other stuff that everyone else has said,,,the offered me a $3 coupon! I spent $75 in boots and these are the worst I have ever gotten! They did come from China, however the return address is in the USA, location AL, at a Gas Station! This is ridiculous! There should be something we can do! Top 2 pics are what I ordered. the bottom 2 pics are of what they sent me,,, cheap plastic boots! it is pitiful!

Recieved 2 pairs of boots 4 months after purchase. Poor quality. NOT what was advertised. Size was supposed to be an adult 8
The Boot size was a 40 and a 35
Very small looks like a child's boot

I order this boots that said they were top quality and order them January just got them today it’s now April they are so f... cheap they not any thing like the boots they advertised I am so mad please don’t very order anything form this company I paid 35.99 plus shipping and they are not even worth 10.00 plus another thing they didn’t fit over my calfs like they said they would ☹️??

Not only does the company falsified where they are located, they falsified about the actual product. What I paid for and what I received are two totally different products. You get no where with the customer service. I wouldn’t even give what I received away for free. Never use them . What I ordered and what I received pictured below

My husband tried to order me boots as a a surprise. This company has a FaceBook page. They show you pictures of things you can buy and then send you something cheap that is not even the same write up on the product. They tell you that the lighting was bad and it is the same product. The boot was supossed to be leather with a heeled sturdy sole, fox fur inside and I recieved a thin plastic flimsy boot with foam bottoms Many people have gotten ***ed by this company and they will not give the money back our send the correct product. I spent $70 on sale from $225? and they sent an item worth $5.00 I have been emailing them for a month and have gotten no where. I put that they are in China because thats what the address seemed like it came from. Its similar to other address I order from china. I have all of the emails that have been sent back and forth.

I paid $40 for a pair of boots and when they arrived, there was no packaging slip or any way to track the order myself. The quality was also very cheap and already had flaws. Definitely not what I expected for $40. I have been fighting with customer service about refunding my money. They just keep offering a $5 or $6 gift card and telling me to keep the product. I have explained several times that what they are offering as compensation is not a fair deal considering what I paid. Very disappointed.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots from Fashionrest. I recieved them & they look nothing like what I ordered. I got on fb to realize everyone else who ordered them had also been scammed. Fashion rest said the boots look similar & the lighting in the ad can make them look different so they will not refund my money offering a 3$ gift card instead. I have pictures of the boots & a pucture of what I was expecting to recieve & they look nothing alike & do not have anything as advertised.
