During the COVID-19 pandemic there were many ads on Facebook about purchasing face-masks. My children, parents and I are sports fans, so I happened to see an ad for sports team face-masks. I went on fashionmosa.com to purchase masks for myself, my children and my parents. I purchased them on April 19th, 2020. I spent almost $119 on 7 masks including shipping. When I checked my email for a tracking number I got some foreign tracking company, which had me confused because their website says they are based out of Pennsylvania. When I tried to do further investigation to try and call them I found out that when calling them they have an Ohio phone number and I get a message from my cellphone carrier that says "this call can not be completed" and then hangs up. I have sent multiple emails to them and I got one response but days have passed and nothing has been fixed, I still haven't received my masks. I messaged the foreign tracking company and they said they have no record of the tracking number that I was given in an email by the online company.
