On May 4, 2023, I submitted a credit card to pay for shipping and handling for what was advertised as overstock cookware. I chose an empty card with a small availability in order to easily track the charge in case there was an issue. There was an initial charge of $5.96 by "Amazing Top Quality Pr" showing on my statement, which was consistent with the shipping charge advertised. However, several days later (May 10, 2023) there was an additional charge of 67.43 for the same company. I never authorized that additional charge. I contacted the phone number on my statement (8556303455) on May 26, 2023, explained the situation and was told that the 67.43 would be refunded and the transaction canceled. However, it has now been almost 3 months later and the charge has not been refunded. I called again about it and was sent to another number (8554548682) for resolution; however, they could not help me and had to record of any transactions for me. I recalled the original number and was then told that the "merchant" had a no refund policy and that the 67.43 was a subcription price for vouchers (which I never subscribed for and never received), and that all they could do was reissue vouchers. they provided the "merchant" website - fascinatingoffers.com - which does not exist when searched on the internet. I explained that it did not exist and while on teh phone the agent clalimed he was currently on the site. I asked him to provide the address he was using to me, but he provided an alternate site to me - topgradedgadgets.com, which does exist. He claimed that he would submit a request to forward vouchers to me, but would not issue a refund.
