First, I will say, this company Fascinally, I placed an order, it was women's clothing. Very nice clothing. I placed the purchase on April12, 2021. They replied days later that my order was cancelled, I told them I didn't cancel my order and they refunded me, which they didn't. So, of course I emailed them and wanted a refund, days later, they say when, they are in process of my order, they will send a tracking number to me to keep track of my package. Now this is first week in May, that we continue to email back and forth, to which I was clueless on the whole situation with them. I just received my package on Monday, July 21th. Half of the items I ordered I received, the other half of my items that didn't I didn't receive, the difference was not refunded. I looked at many reviews on this company and I even sent a report to Facebook, but they don't follow up with us. That was useless! There are many complaints from people like me, meaning that placed orders, they didn't receive. Can someone look into this company, I couldn't get anywhere, I even threatened them, I would get an attorney involved, I also said I think they are scammers and if I find out I was scammed, I wasn't gonna be a happy camper, they just replied, they will let me know, when the order becomes done, they will give me a tracking number. Their PR, for their company is a joke, you never get answers to the problems they are causing. I learned a lesson at my age. There were too many emails between me and them, I can't list to you, especially while I am writing this to you. I don't know how your business operates, but it would be nice for some form of reply, so I'm not hanging like they made me do. Thank you for your time and effort in this matter. Tina

Purchase 2 halter dresses on 3/24/21 for $55.97 & never received anything. I sent them 3-4 emails (only way to contact them per my original “Welcome” email received). Never got a confirmation email or tracking email showing items were shipped & they didn’t respond to any of my emails. Now their Fascinally website cannot be found.

SCAM…SCAM….SCAM!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I order a dress for a wedding and never received it. I reached out by email, as it’s the only way of contact and only got the run around. They claimed over and over it was on its way but it was not.

They would not refund my money and now the website is gone. I’d be careful because it could have a sister site, FairySeason.

I saw a facebook page for Fascinally that I ordered 3 dresses totaling 81.96. Their page states typical 10-20 days for shipment of merchandise. I paid through my paypal account that is linked to my credit card on 3/30/21. I received an email from Fascinally with order confirmation and order number. There is a link attached to my email to view my order. When I view my order, it states shipment is awaiting and payment status is paid. Also states my package will be shipped out ASAP. It took me 3 emails before they would email me back and told me that my order will ship soon and sorry to keep me waiting and they would let me know the tracking number... that was on April 23rd. I noticed on my paypal account, the charge came through as XUNHAIDIANZ. I am not the only one that is having problems out of this company of getting merchandise. There are many many other customers that are complaining on Fascinally facebook page about them scamming them out of their money and never receiving their merchandise & the company not being responsive to email back. On the paypal transaction, it list another website http://Zandrastyle.com.
