I found a 2016 Bobcat T770 for sale on Craigslist for $18000.00, My bank wired the money to a chase bank account. I never received the Bobcat as promised. I talked to the Attorney General and also the BBB.

This individual is posting cars for sale on Autotrader website. They then ask you to send money to an escrow account at Farwest Logistics and that company will ship the car to you. The person provides a good cover story of how they got the car in a divorce settlement and don’t have a use for it. They will provide the Carfax, and email you directly, answering questions about the vehicle. Farwest Logistics has a website that says they are A-rated with the Better Business Bureau. In checking with the BBB, they are not registered and shows that their physical address does not exist, further, at least two scam complaints have been filed on them in the last two days.

A boat was listed for sale (at less than market value) with only one picture and a phone number to call. The phone number went directly to an automated google number. I left no message, but I received a text back stating that the contact person posted the boat listing "for a friend" and a gave me an e-mail to contact the owner directly. When I reached out by e-mail for more information, the owner said they did not have the boat or any documentation. They did send an unrecognizable link (that was caught in my spam filter so I did not use) to additional pictures. They said they moved the boat and paperwork to Farwest Logistics who would handle the sale, ship the boat, and hold the sale funds in escrow for 5 days while I "tested" the boat. Their website says they are ScamPulse.com A+ rated, but the ScamPulse.com website doesn't recognize them. It all appeared highly suspicious, so I disengaged and blocked the contact.

This company supposedly arranges shipment for people buying a car that is priced as "too good to be true" and sends a fake docusign and everything to arrange supposed delivery. Their entire site and people listed are fake and are stock images found on a dozen other fake sites that are are built on the same platform. Don't buy anything off them and don't expect them to deliver. They are a complete scam.

Autotrader listing for a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 pickup. Very low price advertised. Contacted seller and had following response which is very similar to other scam reports on ScamPulse.com site:

I'm a flight attendant for American Airlines and because I'm away most of the time I will not be able to deal in person or call sometimes. I'm from O'Fallon, MO and before leaving I took the truck with all the documents to a local shipping company, Farwest Logistics. My presence won't be necessary because their policy is that for 5 days you can test the truck while they act as an escrow party and hold your money while you try it out. The delivery will be made by them and the fee is included in the price. If on the 5th day you decide against keeping the truck, though I seriously doubt it (the photos don't do it justice), you can return it and get refunded within 24 hours. What I recommend is that we have them issue an invoice, so you can see for yourself how it works and be able to contact them personally. Let's have Farwest Logistics get in touch with you so you can understand better. If interested please include in your next email your contact info for Farwest Logistics: full name, shipping address and phone number, so we can move forward with this transaction.

A co-conspirator Theresa ******* placed a national ad with Autotrader for a 2017 Ford F-150 around Jan 15 2021. The seller said Farwest Logisitics would deliver the vehicle upon wire transfer and I was given their contact information. When they sent the invoice thier address said *** ** **** ******* *** *********  When I checked it out on google maps the address was a Public Works Maintenance facility. A further Yellow Pages search showed no reference to them but another Farwest Logistics I called the real company and finally spoke to some there in HR they said they had no location in O'Fallon or that person Gloria ****** did NOT work or represent them and that website was not there's, I sent her the invoice and she said the invoice was also phoney they do not use that format or do escrow deals and had been used before by scammers. She pointed out the notary seal had no ID#, upon checking with the state of Missouri website for registered notaries in St. Charles county Gloria ****** was not listed. I asked the suspect company for an explanation and was hung up on. I tried to contact the original seller of the problem and they have since disappeared and not responded. They also state on their website they are ScamPulse.com rated when I checked there was no truth to that claim either.

I seen an ad on Craigslist for a used tractor, this tractor was in excellent condition and below market value( $12,800.00). I contacted the number and received an email address to contact the seller, which ended up being a lady traveling with the Red Cross during our current crisis. She stated since she is traveling with the Red Cross,she has hired Farwest Logistics, located in her home town to handle the sale and shipment of the tractor. It all sounded legit and no red flags, until I went the website for this company and seen they claim to be ScamPulse.com Accredited, yet I see no profile for them on the ScamPulse.com website.

Class B RV listed with great pictures. Price extremely low. Posted by “sister as a favor.” Seller states she is an American Airlines flight attendant that sent the vehicle to a company that will ship it to us, included in price (although they don’t know where we live). She is traveling too much to be involved, but has gone through a divorce and wants to get rid of this as fast as possible. They sent an invoice and needed it to be docu-signed, then we can wire the money. They claim a 5 day money back guarantee. This company AND any of the 3 employees are not listed on any social media accounts or LinkedIn.
