This is scam website (https://faresvista.com/). they are Indian people using fake names like the one that I spoke with that calls himself "Robert Williams" with his heavy Indian accent. They try to take advantage of those that click the first phone number that shows in google when looking for an airline; in my case, Cathay Pacific. They pretended to be Cathay pacific and set me up with a completely different airline, then tried to charge me $523. I suspected the fraud after he said his name which was after I gave my card number so I notified my credit card company right away. No attempt was made to do the airline charge, but rather their crazy big cancel charge. I registered the pending charge as fraud and it is being handled. Attached you'll find the fake itinerary with no cost charge tallied to make you think you have an actual reservation.

I googled "alaska airlines customer service" this was the first number that popped up and they represented themselves as customer service and never clarified they were a third party service. I know realize it was an Ad. They asked for my account information to reset my password b/c i couldn't recall my password and they were helping me purchase a ticket using miles points. They bought the ticket, but mislead me to think there was $72 in taxes and they charged that to my credit card (this was actually a service fee) b/c the taxes came out of a credit on my wallet. they then changed my contact information for my account and used up remaining funds in the account that i had from a cancelled flight. The rep created a imposter gmail account associated with my name too. other numbers associated - 888-551-1111
