Faresfeed.com is a SCAM!!! Beware!!! Booked a flight for 4 people across the us ($826), shortly after we booked the flight we were called back by Faresfeed.com to inform us the flight was not going to be honored by the airlines and that we would be on standby, if we wanted the flight, then proceeded to tell us they could get us a flight for a higher cost. They did this on the second flight we booked right after the first one ($426) as well, so it’s no mistake. By the way in the small print, there is a booking fee so we immediately shut down our card so they could not charge it. This is a 1st order SCAM!!!

I looked for airfares in cheap fights.com went to their website to book a flight on discount, gave all the necessary personal information to book flights including financial. Website said booking confirmed. When I call their number, a rep says my booking was not processed due to fare price changed. Their website did not during booking let me of any price change and let me finish the reservation. Speaking with the rep they offered the same flight for different amount. I cancel all the transaction since is not what I wanted. I asked why they lied to customers this way since is false advertising. The rep didn't give explanation except fares change. I'm reporting them due to false advertising and now I m concern for the use of my personal information and what they do with it once is all in their database: addresses, dates of birth, names, billing information. Something should be done about this companies taking advantage of people necessity for book a flight for whatever reason they have. I manage a screenshot of their message at end of booking, if not for that I might not have heard back. Please look into this sine it is worrisome that they may keep so much personal information.
