Faremart is an absolute failure of a travel agency. I booked an international ticket through them in March, as the COVID crisis occured and universities were making students go home. Im an international student with no relatives in the US, so it was a terrifying experience. My flight ticket was cancelled the day of the flight (after i'd checked in online), and i was stranded with nowhere to stay. Faremart tried to blame me at first, saying that i cancelled the ticket myself. Obviously there was no evidence of this.Then they tried to blame the airline, which also had no evidence of this. And now theyre blaming some random flight agency they say they booked the ticket through and never got a refund from, and theyre trying to make me talk to this agency ive never interacted with before and ask them for my money back. I paid faremart on time and did absolutely everything i possibly could, and theyve treated me horribly. Now when i try to send them e-mails, i keep getting notifications that my email bounced back despite using the customer service address we've spoken on multiple times. They have given me a refund confirmation twice now, then gone back on their word both times citing the reason being that they did not recieve the refund.
I dont care about whether or not they got the money. Iman international student who works 3 minimum wage jobs and lives 6,000 miles away from her home and family, all in the effort for getting an education and building a life for myself, and they decided that I am the perfect person to take advantage of. Im not asking for a refund because i just wanna give them trouble, im asking for a refund because i literally need that money to survive and feed myself. I demand my refund and I've had enough of their abuse. If anyone here is or knows an international or indian lawyer, please contact me. I have plenty of fraud evidence against faremart.

I want to have my heartiest thanks to Faremart for offering such amazing services. I am back from one of the best vacations that I was planning since last year. The faremart agent was very receptive to my needs and worked with me to find the best vacation package. What I liked about this agency the most is their round the clock availability and superb guidance. They always offer genuine solutions and never insist on purchasing the package that is not satisfying your trip requirements. The agent explained everything about the package and helped me a lot. He took extra time to make sure that I was satisfied with my bookings. I am very pleased with their professional behaviour and looking forward to using their service again. I would be more than happy if you bring seasonal discounts and promotional deals so that I can save a few bucks. Rest all good and I am truly amazed with the services offered by you. This company is a complete fraud and scam artists. There is plenty of literature online now about them and the CEO being in custody by the police. Their home office seems to be in India but they have two US addresses one in Colorado and another in Delaware

They issue fake airline tickets. Do not refund money that's due back to the consumer and charge additional funds on your credit card and call it cancellation fee to refund the original amount. So basically them scam you out of more money..

They seem to act as a legitimate online travel agency but they are scammers

Please watch out and be aware before conducting business with them. I have reported them to my credit card company. Hopefully they will be shut down and go to jail for a long time...

Submitting on behalf of my 86 year-old mother, claiming elder abuse and fraud. Faremart represented itself as affiliated with American Airlines. We booked a flight with them and received confirmation of booking/payment, however upon arrival at the airport, we found there was no record of a booking with the airline. We contacted Faremart and were told that the original booking had been cancelled and Faremart claims they notified us via email, though my IT department has found none. We have yet to be refunded - even though they claim they've sent - and were forced to book another flight. From an online search, it appears this is common practice for Faremart - "confirm" a booking, then call or email (or claim they have done so) and attempt to solicit additional payment to cover the new cost in fare or process needed to rebook, or only provide a refund if the purchaser calls in to request. Of course, upon attempting to call-in, the call reaches a disconnected phone number. Do not fall for this scam.

Travel Scam When Buying Airline Tickets Online

When i was searching for the best online deal for airfares, I saw their ADVERTISEMENT showing cheapest fare for United airlines. Assuming its United airlines itself as it appears on the ads, i called 1-800-965-5819 and Fall for a travel scam. I was tricked into thinking they’re getting an amazing deal when they book a flight online, only to find out too late that they were conned. I purchased two airline tickets through

https://www.faremart.com through their Agents. When I reached to the airport for my flight United informed me that they had no record of my confirmation and booking reference and the tickets I Bought were not ticketed through them and this company was a scam!!!! I tried to call but the number and website was not set up to receive calls/contacts.
