Priced availability at a designated price including ALL taxes and fees

I received confirmation after entering payment info

Six hours later called for confirmation confirmation update stated ticket not available tried to redirect to another flight then wanted to add new fees and charges of $150

I went to carrier and got same flight for $30 more confirmation confirmed booking
