I went to a flight comparison site and was directed to FareDaddy, to book a flight from Spokane to Phoenix. The Price for 2 one-way tickets was $165. I received an email confirmation that had the Southwest Air logo on it, and a confirmation number. The following day I received a phone call from FareDaddy that the Economy seats were no longer available, but that they could book us in "Main Cabin" for and additional $200. I told them that I had a confirmation number, and was told that they could do nothing about the airlines seating situation, but to accommodate us, they were going to update us for the additional fee, and that we should be grateful. They continually reminded me that they had our credit card information, almost like a threat. I called SWA, and was told that the confirmation number was bogus. We did not have reservations on any flights. I also contacted my bank, and changed our credit card numbers.
