I was looking for last minute airline tickets for my husband to get to his grandfather's funeral. I found tickets through this website that were about $100 less than anywhere else. I bought them, but received no email confirmation. We called to check, and they said they had tried to contact us multiple times. They wanted an email confirmation before confirming our tickets. We paid $200 more, "confirmed" it over email, and still received no tickets. I ended up buying new tickets from the actual airline and am hoping that contesting the charge will be enough. Just get your tickets from the airline!! Third party isn't worth the risk.
