I ordered a neck hammock through Instagram from the Farbala Store. The product never arrived. I first wrote to the seller to inform that 3 weeks later I still not received my product. They ensured me it was in the mail. Another 2 weeks went by, contacted them again and they still insisted that it was in the mail. After another week or so I wrote that I would like a refund. They assured me I would receive one. It never came (I used PayPal to pay so it should have been immediate). After another week I wrote back to let them know I still had not received the product or refund and they never wrote back. They have now stopped answering my emails and they do not have a phone number online or address for me to follow up with. I am pretty sure that this was an online scam and no one received the products they ordered.
